These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FootballPlus mobile applications, the website at footballplus.app, and related services (together, the “Services”), provided by FootballPlus (“FootballPlus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About the Services
FootballPlus is an informational football (soccer) analytics product. The Services provide expert picks, AI-generated match projections, same-game multis, parlays, player ratings, statistics, and related insights for informational and entertainment purposes, to help you make more informed decisions.
FootballPlus is not a sportsbook, betting operator, or gambling service. We do not accept, place, or process wagers; we do not act as a counterparty to any wager; we do not set or offer odds for the purpose of accepting bets; and we do not hold or handle customer funds. Any odds or prices shown within the Services are provided for reference and information only.
The content we provide does not constitute betting, investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to place any wager. Any decisions you make based on the Services are your own.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes; Assumption of Risk
Our picks, projections, ratings, and other content are based on data, statistical models, and analysis of past events. Projections and past performance are not guarantees of future results. Sporting outcomes are inherently uncertain and can be affected by many factors, including injuries, team selection, weather, and officiating decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any content, and we make no guarantee that any pick, projection, parlay, or same-game multi will be successful.
Any betting or gaming activity that you choose to undertake is at your own discretion and your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootballPlus is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or costs you may incur in connection with decisions you make based on the Services. If you choose to bet, you should only stake amounts you can afford to lose, and you should seek help if gambling is affecting you or someone you know.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use the Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services, and any related betting or gaming activity, is lawful where you are located. FootballPlus does not condone underage or unlawful gambling.
4. Your Account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to remain responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
FootballPlus is currently free to download. If we offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, they will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and will be subject to those stores’ terms. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Except where required by law or by the applicable store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access or extract content from the Services;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Services; or
- infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of FootballPlus or any third party.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content we provide, including picks, projections, ratings, statistics, text, graphics, user interfaces, the “FootballPlus” name and logo, and software, are owned by or licensed to FootballPlus and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for any content you submit, and you must not submit unlawful or infringing material.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party content, data, or services that we do not control and are not responsible for. Statistics, odds, and other data may be sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootballPlus and its owners, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or betting or financial losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or USD 100. If you are dissatisfied with the Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using them.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FootballPlus and its owners, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FootballPlus is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@footballplus.app and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
